DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

A 25% deposit is payable upon booking to ensure reservation and the balance is due 6 weeks before arrival (we will send you an email reminder). Should you cancel 6 weeks or more before arrival then the deposit is refundable in full.  If you have paid the balance of your holiday and need to cancel, we will do our utmost to re-let the property in which case your money will be refunded in full. If we can’t re-let the property then full payment will be required. We strongly recommend that you take out a comprehensive travel insurance policy that would cover any costs should you need to cancel the booking.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES

Check-in time is after 2pm on day of arrival. Check-out time is 11am on day of departure. If you are arriving on an early flight or are leaving on a late flight please let us know and, depending on other bookings, we may be able to be flexible with these times. There is a key safe by the front door and you will be sent the code along with instructions of how to reach the property upon payment of your balance.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT

We require a damage deposit of £200.00 payable with the balance of your holiday payment. This deposit is refundable within one week of you vacating the property if no damage has occurred. Please report any damages to us within 48 hours so we can assess them before you leave.

LICENCE

We have to obtain a licence from the Cypriot Tourist Board in order to legally rent out Hillcrect as a holiday villa. Please find a copy of our licence below: -
