VILLA LOULOUDIA

This three bedroom / three bathroom villa provides a great holiday base for familes and couples alike. Equipped with everything you will need to make your holiday both comfortable and enjoyable. With air conditioning in each of the bedrooms and the lounge area. All bedrooms have blackout blinds to help keep the bedrooms cooler in the hot summer months. There is a ramp to the front door to facilitate wheelchair entrance.

With it's own private pool with walk in steps and sun loungers. It has a fully fitted kitchen and is ideal for your self catering holiday. It's a short drive to Coral Bay with it's blue flag beaches and multitude of bars and restaurants or into Peyia Village. The villa is also within walking distance of Last Stop Kiosk, where you can buy all of your essentials, Elisaveta Restaurant (home cooked local cuisine) and Anesi Restaurant where you can always rely on a warm welcome and, probably, the best steak meal in the Coral Bay area at the most reasonable price.

Upon entering the front door you will walk straight into the open and airy lounge / dining area with it's large dining table and comfortable sofas. A 43" TV with a full UK TV package along with free wi-fi is supplied. Walking out of the large patio doors you will find an outdoor dining table and chairs overlooking your private and secluded swimming pool along with a BBQ. There is a chill out area to the side of the villa where you can sit and enjoy your evening cocktail in comfort. There is a twin bedroom downstairs with a guest bathroom.

Going up the stairs you will find your master bedroom with its king size bed and ensuite bathroom with doors opening onto a veranda. The other upstairs bedroom has twin beds and also has an ensuite shower room. The doors to the twin room also open onto the veranda.
